Caerleon RC meets every Tuesday and Thursday evening.
We are based at Caerleon RFC, NP18 1AY, and have use of their facilities. We meet at the end of the Fosse, next to the Amphitheatre car park.
Details of all sessions are on the club calendar on Heja. Specific details for a Thursday session will be communicated in advance also through Heja.

Tuesday sessions are usually a 10Km run as a whole group. The routes are communicated in advance and selected from our routes which can be found on the routes section of this site.
